Methodology & Approach · Exhibit B

The SPRY System. Application, not theory.

The program is built on the SPRY System, a proprietary productivity framework I developed and detailed in the book Productivity Secrets.

SPRY draws on decades of research and practice across agile, scrum, and lean. But I did not assemble it from textbooks. I developed and refined it running real businesses, with leadership teams and cross-functional teams, where it produced measurable business results.

That is the difference your teams will feel: this is application. Participants learn the method by running it on their own live work, guided by the person who built it.

The science underneath · from agile

Short work cycles

Work moves in short cycles with regular checkpoints, so teams respond to change instead of being buried by it.

The science underneath · from scrum

Visible priorities

Priorities, ownership, and progress stay visible to everyone, so blockers surface early and nothing waits for a monthly meeting.

The science underneath · from lean

Continuous improvement

Teams remove waste from how they work and improve a little every cycle, and the gains compound over a year.

Your team learns the system and practices it, running it every day on their live work.

Scope of Work · Exhibit C

One program. Three parts.

A complete arc that takes SCC teams from formal training on the SPRY System to a coaching program that reinforces it in their daily lives.

Part 1 · The workshops & training

The SPRY System, the Productivity Secrets system from the book: what it is, how to apply it, and how to run it in the SPRY platform. Seven modules, delivered a variety of ways: onsite, virtual, or hybrid, whatever fits the team.

Part 2 · Materials & software

Every participant receives Productivity Secrets in paperback, Kindle, or audiobook, plus a twelve-month SPRY Goals license, with training on how to incorporate the system and the software into their daily work.

Part 3 · The coaching program

Comes after the workshops. A 24-module coaching program for personal development, personally led by Jason, in weekly cohort sessions or private 30-minute one-on-one sessions. It reinforces the SPRY systems training, applying the system to their own goals, habits, and role, so it deepens instead of fading.

Together, the three parts cover the RFP’s coaching, organizational development, and training and instructional design categories.

Engagements under this contract run as statements of work: SCC identifies the need, we scope it into a SOW with fixed deliverables and pricing, and work begins at kickoff. The program scales from a single workshop for one team to multi-team rollouts.

LinkedIn profile

I did not learn this from a manual. I built and ran businesses on it. As an entrepreneur working across marketing, technology, and business development for more than a decade, I led real teams through this exact operating system: sprint cadences, visual work management, retrospectives, and the discipline of shipping every week.

I wrote the book the program is built on, Productivity Secrets, and I built the SPRY Goals tool participants use to run it. When I coach your teams, I am handing over the same system I run my own companies on. That is what separates this program from a curriculum vendor: the person teaching the system is the person who runs it.

I lead every engagement personally, with a small production and operations team behind me, so SCC works with the practitioner, not an account manager.

Leadership Outcomes

Hands-on training your people keep and use.

This is not a seminar to sit through and forget. Participants get hands-on training and tangible practices they can run immediately, in their personal lives and in their work, and they leave as better leaders, better managers, and better process and systems thinkers in their own roles.

The point is not to learn about productivity. The point is to run a system that changes how work gets done, with tools that stay in their hands long after the workshop ends.

  • Productivity Secrets in paperback, Kindle, or audiobook, theirs to keep
  • A twelve-month SPRY Goals license, running on their real work
  • The sprint boards, templates, and working agreements built during the program
  • An internal capability SCC owns after the engagement ends
  • The option to enroll in the 24-module personal development coaching program
  • The option of a custom-built private training archive, housing every module and material in a portal their people keep

Pricing · Exhibit D

Per person, per team.

The 7-module workshop package is the entry point. Coaching, the private training archive, and onsite travel are separate optional line items, each priced on its own. As-needed orders run on one hourly rate.

1 · The workshop package

  • 25 copies of Productivity Secrets (paperback, Kindle, or audiobook)
  • Audiobook access for immediate team listening
  • 7-module SPRY workshop series (onsite, virtual, or hybrid)
  • 25 twelve-month SPRY Goals licenses
  • 3 post-workshop coaching sessions (cohort format, personally led by Jason)

$12,000

$480 per person, for a 25-person team. Total.

Scales to any team size. A 10-person team or 100, the same structure.

2 · The coaching program · optional

A 24-module personal development coaching program, personally led by Jason, that reinforces the SPRY training after the workshops. Progress is tracked module by module in SPRY Goals, so each participant and SCC always know exactly where they stand. Two formats:

Cohort format

Once-weekly sessions for up to 50 people, moving through all 24 modules together. Fifteen-participant minimum.

$495 per person, full program

One-on-one format

Twenty-four private 30-minute coaching sessions, one per module, moving at one or two modules per week, whichever fits the participant’s schedule. Limited to ten participants per engagement, allocated in order of enrollment.

$4,800 per person, full program

3 · The private training archive · optional

A custom training archive, built for SCC: every workshop module, template, and training material organized into a private learning portal their people can search and revisit on demand. Custom-built and branded for SCC, and owned by SCC.

$9,500 one-time build

$350 per month, hosting & updates

4 · Onsite travel · as needed

The workshop package is priced for onsite, virtual, or hybrid delivery. If SCC requests onsite delivery that requires travel, it is billed as a separate line item: a flat fee of $ 5,500 per trip, covering lodging, board, and time. Because trip length and location vary, the final per-trip fee is confirmed in the statement of work before any travel is booked. No travel is billed unless a trip is requested and approved in advance.

5 · As-needed orders

Coaching and organizational development work ordered through statements of work under this contract, billed at $ 315 per hour.

Subcontracting Plan · Exhibit E

In-house. No subcontractors.

All services under this proposal are performed entirely by me, Jason Dzamba, with in-house production and operations support. No subcontractors are anticipated for this engagement.

Should specialized outside support ever become necessary, I will disclose it in writing in advance and obtain SCC approval before any engagement, consistent with the requirements of Exhibit E.
